Hi everyone,

I really need some help with my TDEE. I used Scooby's and this is what I got for moderately active:
BMR - 1336
TDEE - 2071
TDEE -20% 1657

I've been netting about 1400 calories after my three mile run, so I've been eating about 1650 a day. The next few days we are going out of town so I don't know if I'll get my run in so I set it to sedentary.
TDEE - 1603
TDEE -20% 1283

I thought that you were never supposed to eat under your BMR, which Scooby's is saying I should do. Is that right?

I am 39, 5'4" and 131 pounds. My goal weight is 123. Thank you so much for any help!!!

With less than 10 lbs to lose the 20% cut is way too much. I think the rule I've heard is 20% for over 20 lbs, 10-15% for around 10, and 5% for single digits.

You're overthinking it too much is all. If you're not going to be as active, anything below your TDEE and above your BMR is fine.
