Hi! Nice to meet you all! I've been working on my fitness for quite a while now. To make a long story short, I went from a 42 inch waist @ 245 lbs to a 30 inch waist @ 160 lbs. Had some weight gain with life's problems but have lost some again. I am currently sitting at 195 lbs. I just turned 25 and am 5'11. Lately my diet has lately been bleh, but I am working on it now. I have incorporated cardio as of the past 2 months almost daily.
PICS!!!
I'm new here, but here are mine.

Congrats on the weight you lost
Welcome to MFP, I have no doubt you can get your diet back to being healthy
Not sure if you are trying to get back to 160, but whatever it is I am sure you can do it, you did it once so you can do it again....and you are amazing in that you didnt gain all the weight you initially lost.
Accept its a lifestyle change, and not a diet, and take it nice and slow...continue with your cardio and weight training
Add alot of fruits and veggies, and lots of water....

Thanks guys! My short term goal is to get around 160, but I would like to eventually have a 6 pack. At my peak, I was getting the first few abs showing after a run - I was really close and then let it all go =( I have the annoying love handles on my sides now that I didn't have then, and I would at least want to get back to that bodyfat percentage.0
