hi. im new

i just found this app and im defntly liking it!
been workout for 2 years now.. 205 dropped to 167 then bulkd to 185..
im tired of wasting my time(it feels like) and want better results.

    short term goal- drop 10lb then keep goin till 20lb is off

    long term- 175 10%ish bf%

    yup im in the boat as you. ive worked out over the years but im much more dedicated now

    You can see anyone's dairy that is open. So if you go to their profile, and there is a "view Diary" button... feel free. I personally am not a clean eater. I stay in my calories, and workout ALOT! But there are a lot of clean eaters here that have open Diaries.

    Welcome Newbs. been here nearly a year (missed a few days here and there so my "log count" is off) I love it. a real community of like minded folks. there is a lot of support on the forum! Feel free to add me. I am back on track and log daily, and comment often!
