If I don't know nutrition information for dessert . . .

I put it in my food diary as a piece of Cheesecake Factory cheesecake, because I'm pretty sure it's not going to be WORSE than that.

most restaurants have nutrition information on webpage, I went to Denny's on mother day's and set up what I was going to eat, and also today with Subway.

Some days you gotta take the best guess.

I was at my mum's for dinner and she made my favourite dessert - I don't know if it has a name, but it's pecan crust, cream cheese, pistachio pudding and whipped topping. It's probably the best thing I've ever tasted, but it can't be healthy.

I do a similar thing -- I look up something close to it and choose the highest calorie option.

Get the recipe, put it into food.com and get the nutritional info, then put that into MFP.

If I can find something similar, I'll do the same. It keeps me in line (a bit.)

    Great idea! Thanks.

(But if I get the recipe, I might learn to make it and . . . uh oh.)
