new on here....need some support

Hello everyone! My name is Jonna....i am new to my fitness pal. Looking for some friends and support. In the last 9 months i have had a beautiful baby girl...gotten engaged...my house burned down and BOTH of my cars have broken down. It has been a long 9 months...and through it all i would have thought that i would lose weight (as that seems to be the case when i am stressed)...but this time was the compete opposite! I have put on about 17lbs and am heavier than i was after having my daughter. I tell myself everyday..."today is the day i am going to make the change"...and then i just wan that cheeseburger...or i just dont feel like going for a walk with the kids! I found this site and i feel like it will help me hold myself accountable. Could really use some support from some people that have used this sight and have found it successful. Would also like any tips or advise on what works for you and how to stay on track! Thanks everyone!

    Hi Jonna, I am new to fitness pal as well. And, everyday, I tell myself the same thing.. "today is the day i am going to make the change"... and, I need a friend to remind me this as well. Keep support and work on losing the weight together.
