A kitchen scale! I just got one and I love it! I had been underestimating on my weights and I can stop guessing now.

What has made your healthy eating easier?

My digital scale is the best thing ever. I bought a pretty one and I leave it out on the counter all of the time.

I love my food scale too.

Right now my favorite kitchen gadget is my rice cooker w/ steam basket. It makes it very easy to cook a healthy meal. I just put my rice, veggies and chicken breast in it and press a button.

ME TOO!! I love my kitchen scale..now my husband might be another story. He gives me looks when I measure everything..oh well, it really helps keep portions and calorie counting more accurate.

LOL my husband has taken to measuring now, he says he got it from me but does it so we don't keep wasting food by making too much...we used to throw so much away.

It's a toss up between my kitchen scale and my HRM. I can't imagine going without either now.

I received my new digital kitchen scales today and am probably more excited than I should be!! The old non-digital ones were ok, because at my starting weight a few grams here and there were probably not going to make much difference. Now I can get completely accurate readings! Yay!
