Nappa Cabbage as bread!

Because of the hcg protocol, I cannot have bread or wraps, but I really wanted a sandwich. So I took two similar sized leaves of Nappa Cabbage and used them in place of bread. Yummy!

    I use sprout bread. It does not metabolize to sugar. It is more dense than normal bread, but I really enjoy it.

    I have just tasted napa cabbage and it was good. Where do you buy it from? I've looked at stores in my town but haven't found any yet.
