How do you calculate the calories each day for fitness? I just did day 5 and put 75 minutes under weights and it was only 233 calories burned.... help!

You need to buy a HRM with a chest strap (like the one in my profile picture). That's the only way to accurately gauge how much you are burning.

I'm almost through my first week of P90X. I agree with the previous post about the HRM with chest strap. I've had mine for years. Your calorie burn will vary depending on your effort, gender, body weight, etc... My husband is just a bit taller than me and about 10 pounds heavier, but he can physically lift a lot more than I can therefore he burns more. Hope this helps.0

Thank you!!!! I just finished day 6 ~ I'll be using the heart monitor next week and logging better then I did this week... But I did survive and love it!!!!!
