This morning marked a pivotal moment in the history of dieting and breakfast, friends. Chocolate and peanut butter together, yes, they’re heavenly; however adding a simple packet of Starbucks instant coffee to the mix, accompanied by rice drink and a banana creates something divine, something so righteously tasty that the palettes of ancient and long forgotten Knights Templar quickly and suddenly moisten once again.
You’re welcome, MFP. You're welcome.

Rice Drink (Milk): 1 Cup
Peanutbutter (Jiff Natural; Low Sodium): 2 tbsp
Banana (Whole): 5"-7"
Chocolate Protein Powder (user preference): Serving Size

Calories: ~440 Carbs: 56 Fat: 13 Protein: 30 Sodium: 271 Sugar: 27 Caffeine: ~130

LOW CARB - NOT! Try this recipe for lower carbs and more protein (that banana and rice milk costs a lot of carbs):
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond milk 30 Calories, <1g of Carbs 1g protein
Peanut butter (Jiff Natural; Low Sodium): 2 tbsp 190 Calories, 6g of Carbs (fiber adjusted) 7g protein
1 Cup Unsweetened Greek Yogurt 140 Calories 9g of Carbs (fiber adjusted) 24g protein
    Chocolate Protein Powder
GNC Total Lean Shake 25 Rich Chocolate 200 Calories, 9g of Carbs (fiber adjusted) 25g protein
    Coffee and Splenda as needed

    560 Calories, 24 g of Carbs, 57g of Protein
