Hello All!

Hi everyone! I am new to the world of dieting and exercise. I will just give a little info on myself here. I am a 26 year old mother of two. Not a whole lot of time to work out these days. I have hypothyroidism which makes it even more difficult to lose. I started a diet about a month ago and lost 10 lbs in a week. I gave up on it as I have a weakness when it comes to junk food. But I currently started back two days ago and hope to get to my goal by the end of the year. I am currently 226 looking to get down to about 160. Seems like this is a great place for support.     Hi, I to am trying to get back on track..have been on MFP..for a few yrs. It's a great tool when we stick to it..recording every single bite we eat and the exercise.....you can do it if you fall get right back on...good luck:smile:

    Take it slowly but surely and you will get there. I have been on here this time round for 70 days and lost 14lbs and have about 20lbs to go. Please feel free to add me as a friend for support. It is always welcome.
    Its great to count everything, makes you realise what you eat and it does stop me having the extra chocolate bar at the end of the day!

    I am 41 year old and have a 17 year old son. I have struggled with my weight since having him so feel like i'm constantly dieting. I love my dogs and music.
