    Fabulous! Of course, you were beautiful, merely larger, in 2004. Now your are beautiful and healthy at the same time.
    I hope this healthiness keeps you motivated to keep your body in this same condition.

    I am on vacation with wonderful relatives who do not happen to be dieting. I am working my foods around what they eat. It is pretty easy, since, they make sure they have fruits, veggies, low fat meats, healthy breads, fat free yogurt, and lots of water for all of us. We had pizza and I thoroughly enjoyed the one piece I ate. So I hope you are able to figure out the best way to be of this world, but not in it, as far as dieting goes.
