hey guys just wanted to know if there were any other medics out there? its always good to talk to someone whos in your field!

    Not quite yet, but I'm currently an EMT in training, then a to-be paramedic! :)

    I just transferred schools to start a two-year degree in paramedic science, but last semester at my old school, I took as many first aid classes as I could, and I have to say, I learned quite a bit. That was 3 first aid classes, two of which were advanced and involved oxygen administration.

    medic school is awesome its definitly hard! but once your done youll be happy! are you planning on working with the fire department? i love my job however sometimes you have to learn to separte yourself from the call sometimes youll get calls at like 2am for a stomach ache and youll want to be like really? but then you get a really good call and your like this is why i choose this job! best of luck to to!
