Hello everyone! I'm Tamara!!
So after recalculating all my TDEE and BMR, I'm on here to keep on track! I'm 11 weeks into my weight loss and have lost 12.3 pounds. For the past 3/5 weeks my weight has been ata standstill and I am just now realizing it's because I cut my calories too much! When I first started this journey I was eating 2200 cals a day with a TDEE of 2922 and was working out 3-4 times a week. I was steadily losing anywhere from 1-3 pounds a week!
Well, I got too cocky and dropped my intake to 1800 calories and that's when the weight stopped dropping. Now I'm starting where I was so lets hope the pounds keep dropping!
I'd love any advice you could give me. About a month ago I officially stopped drinking sugary drink, I usually drink 64 oz of water a day now and that's my only liquid! I'm trying to cut back on sweets after dinner too but that seems to be the tough one to break.
I look forward to experiencing this journey!

Tamara why would you have dropped your daily calorie intake if it was working so well? You body is telling you to feed it again. I would go back and try doing what you were doing before for a few weeks and if it doesn't work change it up. You also said you were working out are you still doing it? It sounded like you stopped.0

I dropped my intake because I trout that if I did so, I'd lose more weight. I want educated on the science of calories and weight loss.
I'm still working out, 4 days a weeks at least 45 minutes at intense intervals but with my dropped calorie intake, the ight wasn't coming off even though I was working my *kitten* off in the gym.
Right now, I'm back to where I started, my calorie intake is where it was when I was losing the most weight0
