Bikram Yoga - 30 day challenge?

Has anyone taken the Bikram Yoga 30 day challenge?

It's when you go to Bikram Yoga everyday for 30 days. It's supposed to be very good for distressing and relaxation and helps you lose weight (even if you binge eat afterward).

I just got into Bikram Yoga and IT FEELS SO GOOD! I am having Bikram Yoga withdrawals right now b/c I can't go for another 3 days!!!!!!! :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

    Im new to yoga but I LOVE it! I cant believe I ever waited so long to get started with it. I do yoga at my gym around 3 times a week and im not even sure what type of yoga it is, but ill tell you this, I break out into a full blown sweat and my heart rate gets pretty up there, I use a lot of strength and really feel it when the class is over! I wish I could go everyday but the class schedule at the gym is really crazy and with 3 kids and a hubby in nursing school, I just cant make it every day, but maybe ill get a DVD and join this challenge!

    Yes, it is! It's in a 105 degrees room.

    I really didn't think it was that hot the first 5 minutes I was waiting inside the room for the instructor to start. But, after 5 minutes into the class, I took off my shirt (w/ a sports bra underneath) because it was unbearably HOT!!!!!!!!! Another 10 minutes in and I was sweating profusely!!!

    2 days later, I am having withdrawals and can't wait to go back! :laugh:
  • I have been going to the Bikram class for a little more than a month and I love it! The class makes you feel relaxed and stretched, what is the proposal of it! But 30 days? Ow boy it's too much! I did for a week and I think that 3 times per week is a good goal!

    Yes, 30 day challenge! That's why it's called a Challenge, gf! :wink:

    I did the Bikram yoga 30 day challenge last month and it was amazing.
