I started out on my journey nearly 3 years ago in September 2010, I initially lost 89lbs using Diet Chef and MFP but did not exercise. When I reached a weight I was happy with I decided to go it alone, I then put 42lbs back on. I came back to MFP in January this year and have been logging regularly. I started walking in February and today had to throw my trainers out after clocking up roughly 170 miles in them ...

Congrats on your loss!!!!! I know that I quit MFP last year and regained everything I lost (had only lost about 15). Logging and support is great for keeping us motivated and honest with ourselves!!! Keep up the great work!!0

awesome job! I am about the same progress as you - started July 2011 and am down about 60-65 lbs . You are rocking those flowered pants - they are so cute - wish I had the confidence to wear patterned pants! Keep it up and if you want to add me please do. Again great job!
