I've been following my plan and not going over my calories, but sometimes I still feel hungry and I want to sleep more...is this bad?

I was going to look at your food diary but your profile is private. Are you coming down sick? I felt very tired last week then came down with the stomach flu a couple days later.0

I eat bowl of cereal, fruit snack, granola bar in the morning
For lunch I have Fish, baked potatoe, and peanut butter pretzels,
For dinner spinach, dressing, raisins, and an apple
Maybe a protein bar..
I work out for 1/2 an hour for 5 days a week..0 -
I cant see your diary but my guess is that you are consuming less calories then you should based on your described food diary. You also need to add snacks inbetween your meals to fuel you with energy to prevent you from getting tired. Try adding fruits or nuts in between ur meals.0

Along with snacks in between your meals, you may want figure out what your macro ratio is. If you are using MFP default ratio, you are probably eating more carb. You may want to adjust it so you are eating 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat. The extra fat and protein in your diet will help you feel full longer, because they take longer to digest than carbs. Also, make sure you are eating enough fibrous veggies.
As for being tired, maybe you are fighting off a cold? Or maybe you just need a rest day or two?
Hope you feel better.0 -

Yes.............that can drain you and make you feel tired.0 -
Instead of snacks between meals, concentrate on eating foods that take longer to get through your system. Whole grains, lean proteins, etc.0

Have you recently started a new exercise routine? Sometimes that can be a factor.
Also, you might want to look at your iron levels.0
