Busted Shoulder

Hi all, this is my first time posting in these forums.
I dislocated my shoulder last week, and was wondering if anyone had some good ideas of cardio exercises I could do while it's still healing (gym or at home). I've been walking a few times since it happened, but my upper body naturally tenses when I do, so I fear it may be stressing my shoulder.
So bummed this happened now, I was just getting into a good circuit training rhythm at the gym! I suppose I'll have to stick to the legs for awhile.

Make sure you give it time to heal. I had a bad shoulder injury and it took me a very long time to get a handle on it.0

I'm in the same situation now-- on sling rest and just walking, going to start legs using machines at the gym this week. I start physio on Friday!! How did things go for you? How is the shoulder now and how has it affected your training??0
