Arc Trainer only working quads. What's wrong?

Hello,
I've been using the Cybex Arc Trainer at the gym for a couple months as part of my routine.
I typically do a manual routine for 50-60 minutes, with most at the highest incline (20) with a resistance between 20-30.
For short breaks, I'll move the incline to 8 or 2, and make sure the resistance is at 30.
I've heard from multiple people that I should feel it in my glutes. I have only ever felt it in my quads. How do I effectively work my butt on the Arc Trainer? Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Hi -
A great way to work the glutes is to keep the incline at zero and the resistance as high as you can being able to maintain 120 strides per minute. You'll really feel the burn in your glutes. Here's a link to our tips page if you want more Arc workouts. http://www.cybexintl.com/education/fitnesstools/tips/moretips.aspx
Thanks!
