Hi Everyone! I just joined a few days ago and so far, I'm pretty impressed... I did Weight Watchers online a few years ago and was tossing around starting back up when a friend suggested MFP... I'm glad she did! On WW you watching your points, but here, being able to see the sugar/sodium/carbs/etc is an eye opener! I NEVER realized how much sodium I eat a day, and this is BEFORE adding salt to flavor a meal. Wow its no wonder my blood pressure is so high! In just 3 days on here, I'm already starting to read labels on everything I buy. Anyway, I have a LONG road ahead of me so I will be here logging on every single day, so if anyone needs support, feel free to add me!

    i have done WW at least 6 times since 1974, and this is
    better. counting points doesnt teach you to.track
    all the nutrients.
    Also, the support here is fantastic.
