Someone tell me to stop eating! I have eaten ALL day. Honestly, I am only a little over in calories, but seriously! I had very little "real food" today. I have, however, had chex mix, popcorn, smores, nachos, ghiradelli sea salt soirree (btw, YUM!)...

Maybe it's because you haven't eaten any real food! But I definitely have days like that, too.

Ok, so you've binged a bit today.

What's done is done; forget about it, forgive yourself and get back on track. You can't change what's already happened, but you certainly can control what you next put into your mouth - so do it!

    1. Stop eating ...junk food.
    2. If you "snack around" a lot, don't stock up on junk food. You won't be tempted to munch on something that's not within arms reach.
    3. we all have days when our will-power is at it's weakest. If your will-power failed your for that day, compensate for it by burning off the calories you've over-consumed.

Get some will power and fill your time with something else.

This would make me not only stop eating, but regurgitate anything I had eaten previously.

When I get like that, I stop myself and get a meal together even if it puts me even further over on calories. Your body is hungry for nutrition.

Listen to the lady that can now put another whole lady in her pants with her. Walk it off. You don't have to worry about gaining if you burn it.

Go for a run. You'll feel 10 times better about your day when you go to bed tonight than if you don't.
