I Did It!

I walked 3.1 MILES!!! :)

For me that is a huge accomplishment.

I have multiple issues in my left foot and ankle from previous injury with long term physical therapy.


One of my dreams is to walk a 5k.

Now I know I can walk the distance. :)

I want to improve my time. It took me 63 minutes yesterday.

    Well done!! Keep on putting one foot in front of the other!! The more often you do it, the easier (and faster) it will get!!!
