Proper amount of cals any help please??

If my bmr is 1695 do i eat that or do i go lower? It just seems a bit high to be honest and i dont really wanna eat that much but if it will help me loose weight then im game.... I havent got a clue to be honest

If that is in fact your BMR, I wouldn't advise eating below it - BMR is your basal metabolic rate, or the amount of calories your body needs to just exist, what they'd feed ya in a hospital if you were in a coma.
Since you're not in a coma,your body deserves more fuel.
