Hey everyone! I have just registered for a 10k which is happening exactly in 5 weeks! I need suggestions on where to find good training plans?
I would call myself an intermediate runner - I ran 2 5ks last summer and I usually run 3 times a week, the distance warying from 5k to 9k.
I don't want a super easy plan as well as I don't want to burn out training. Please, if you have anything in mind, let me know

I would go with Hal Higdon training plans.
There are many different levels based on expertise and they are free.0 -

I am doing this one: http://www2.canada.com/vancouversun/sunrun/pdf/learntorun10k program.pdf
i believe it's the same as in "the beginning runner's handbook".
it starts from 0, so you should easily be able to jump into the last 4 or so weeks.....0 -
Thanks a lot everyone! You really helped!0
