10k training plans - suggestions

Hey everyone! I have just registered for a 10k which is happening exactly in 5 weeks! I need suggestions on where to find good training plans?
I would call myself an intermediate runner - I ran 2 5ks last summer and I usually run 3 times a week, the distance warying from 5k to 9k.
I don't want a super easy plan as well as I don't want to burn out training. Please, if you have anything in mind, let me know :)
