    Falooda: some japanese noodles at the bottom, then some ice cream, pour in some fruit syrup, lots of different nuts, then jelly. Oh man oh man is it yummy! Some folks add in fruits but I prefer not to. Google image it :)

    Pecan pie is another good one!

    Cheesecake is my favorite kind of pie (it's not exactly a pie, but it's also not a cake, so I'm going to say it's a pie and it will just have to accept that) and Boston Cream Pie is my favorite cake.
