I posted this before but I feel so good about myself, i wanted to post it again, lol. I'm not sure how much I've lost because I rarely step on the scale. I do know that in the past 4 weeks, i've lost 12 pounds. Pretty proud of myself. It feels good to be able to post my own before and after pics. I've inspired people at work to start their weight loss plan. If I can do it, anybody can do it!!! Good luck to all!!!!
