What is your favorite thing that your discovered since eating healthier? Something you would still eat even if you deserted the healthy eating, for whatever reason (don't do that :P.)
Mine is my turkey meatball recipe. I think they taste SO much better than when I used to make them with ground beef. They are much smoother, too. I've altered my spaghetti and meatballs forever.

My homemade flatbread recipe. SOoooooooooooooooo stinkin good. I used it as a base for a healthy homemade pizza. I will NEVER buy pizza again!0

Squash (butternut and buttercup mostly) I love these and can eat them all on their own with just a bit of cinnamon & a sprinkle of coconut. *drool*0

8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 c frozen fruit
stevia (sometimes I add plain cocoa pwdr)
= 100 cals of yumminess
I use the hamilton beach blender which blends it IN the cup, so awesome. takes 1 min to make (NOT an ad, I have nothing to do with this product- just a suggestion for what WORKS!)0 -

My husband makes homemade turkey burgers made with lean ground turkey that are so good. We have those several times a week. Sometimes I have them as a sandwich and other times just have the turkey burger plain.0

My personal favorite healthy food discovery is the one that changed my life. My doctor and I discovered that I have food sensitivities that have caused me debilitating illness for over a decade. Now that I know my trigger foods (gluten, dairy, eggs) and avoid them, I'm feeling like a normal human being again! Yay!
