I can already tell it is goign to be a tough one today...there is a bake sale and burrito sale at work for a fundraiser so I helped myself to a piece of banana bread and a burrito already. Ahh! Good thing I brought a salad for lunch. But, my fiancee and I have dinner plans with our friends tonight and that usually involves a three (or so) course meal. Not a good calories day for me... :(

I am right there with you! (aside from a yummy bake sale)
A friend of mine is moving away to Kentucky  and we are having her going away party tonight. I cut out my snacks for the day to make room for some drinky drinks. :drinker: However, I may have to skip my workout and that is going to cut my calories and make it hard to limit myself.
We can make good choices though!!

Thanks for the post! The weekends are always what ruin my eating. I am getting married on August 2nd and am hoping to lose 5 pounds by then so that my dress is comfortable vs. too tight. I just joined MFP on Monday after my friend told me about it. I am hoping that it helps me! One thing I know for sure it that I am a lot more conscience of what goes in my mouth. Every bite counts and I have been good about logging everything. Now, I just need to start exercising more. I went for three runs this week which is a big improvement for me, so now I just need to keep it up over the weekend and on into next week!

Oh weekends... Usually we did a family pizza night but after starting MFP 2 weeks ago I stopped that in its tracks. Talk about teaching kids to use food the wrong way. Last weekend we did a GREAT family bike ride as our family event. We have always done a Friday night swim too so now we have a much more balanced weekend. I'm sure I'll relax a little at some point but in these early days I'm so worried about taking a single step out of my plan!
    ENJOY your weekend ladies!!

    Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!
Don't worry about it if you have an off day, that happens to ALL of us once in awhile. The trick is to get right back on track, which I'm sure you'll do, what with that perfect fitting wedding gown as your incentive!

Weekends are the hardest for me too! Congrats on your wedding!

There is at least 1-2 days that I "mess up" my eating/working out" schedule. As long as you get back on track soon afterwards--you will be fine!!!
