So I am not new to MFP what so ever, but recently I think Ive hit a plataue.
So ill first tell you my story.
about a year ago I was 140 lbs. ( I am 5'3 & 18 yrs old)
Then I started cutting my calories but barely worked out, I prob did 20 mins of light exercise.
I then hit 107 lbs, but people kept telling me I was TOO thin.
so then I decided to eat more and gained about 15 lbs.
I am now currently around 123-125lbs still same height and ill be 19 in a few weeks.

i REALLY want to get to 115 lbs and maintain it.
Although, i would be okay at maintaining my weight but lose fat.
My tummy and thighs and arms still have some fat that i would love to tone.
I exercise way more now.. (2-3 hours a day)
and i do weights mixed with cardio.
I also eat pretty healthy, but not sure how many calories I should be taking in to lose fat..

some one please give me advice.'
I usually burn 500-700 calories a day from exercise.
I also need to know if I need to focus on NET calories more... cuz if i do, i feel im eating way too much to even lose weight.

thanks(:

you don't need to exercise that much. 1 hour a day is enough to see results

I agree with this. Also make sure your taking at least 1 rest day a week.

    Are you taking measurements?

Results don't always show on the scale.

Sometimes it's hard to see the difference in the mirror. This is where pictures come in. Since you see yourself daily, you aren't likely to see the difference by just looking in the mirror. If you were to compare a picture of your self now to a picture of yourself when you started, you just might see a small or maybe even a big difference (this would depend on how long you have been doing this, you really didn't state that).

Start taking pictures and measurements. I'm sure your body is changing, it is just harder for you to tell since you see it everyday.
