Honestly i think you need mental help not saying in a rude way but if your weight is fine for your height and everyone is telling you that you are skinny...maybe its you that is putting yourself down constantly that is what is making you think you are fat?

Do what is good for you health wise not looks wise.

I am taking a big risk here, and I am not a doctor or anything like that, but I believe you are seriously teetering on the edge of an eating disorder, and most often that begins with what is called "body dysmorphia". That's just a fancy term for not being happy with your body, and having a big disconnect between what you see and perceive yourself as, and what others see and is actually the truth. There is no quick and easy fix for it, and eating healthy is only one small piece of the picture. You need the guidance of a professional, IMHO, to help you make this connection a healthy one. I wish you the best with this dear.

Obviously I have no idea what you look like but you are obviously very unhappy with your shape. I don't know what your financial position is either but I would recommend joining a reputable gym and paying for a personal trainer for a few weeks. My friend goes to a trainer. She is at her ideal weight but she was unhappy with her shape. Her trainer has gone through her food with her and her exercise routine with her to tone muscle. She has actually put a little bit of weight on but she has dropped a dress size. Her arms stomach and butt have all toned up. She looked great before but she was unhappy. Now she feels great and loves shopping for clothes.

At a BMI of 19.1 weight loss doesn't sound like a priority. Have you considered measuring your thighs to get an objective view of their size. Women come in different shapes and these appeal to different people.

I don't see how you can be as "large" as you make out while weighing what you do. You are quite tall so have more bone and muscles than a shorter woman.

I think that there is nothing wrong with getting more toned. But, along with that there is a lot of mental work that needs to be done because I don't see how you can go about doing that without attempting to over do it, so you should be monitored while you are shaping up in a healthy way. And you would also have to eat more to do this, because extra work means extra calories so over coming that urge to keep your calories at the same level will need to be worked on. I second whoever said a personal trainer is a good idea. But, you might need more than that. And you will need more help than you can get here. Because you are at risk for developing serious issues and if you tackle them now you will avert a huge crisis.
