What is my activity level?

I've been trying to figure out my new BMR, I upped my calories & finally escaped the dreaded plateau by losing 5 pounds, but now that I'm slightly more active and weigh less I cant seem to find a new calorie limit that works for me (now at another plateau.)

Idk what my activity level should be, heres a general idea of what I do on a daily basis.

4-5 days a week I work at Subway (constantly moving and standing the entire shift for 4-6 hours at a time)
3 days a week i do a half hour of POP pilates & 30-45 min of some sort of cardio (running, biking etc)
and when I'm at home and not exercising I'm usually at home sitting at my laptop.
exercise and such would say I'm at least lightly active but since I sit at home alot otherwise would that make me sedentary?
so confused.

I would say lightly to moderately active, sedentary would be a desk job not a job at a fast food restaurant. I would probably go with moderately active since you also work out three days a week.

Try the calorie suggestion for moderate activity for 4+ weeks and see where your weight is. Most likely, you are in that category or above (MFP does tend to calculate a bit low), but you can't tell anything from a couple of days, so stick to around the same calorie level for about a month.

You are definitely not sedentary, though.
