I honestly think that I have a food addiction...I just eat and eat and eat and even if im overly stuffed i keep eating. I constantly thnk about food. If i dont eat every two hours, i get nausa and headache and irritated. I am up to 298.2 pounds. what the freak do i do now? I have no self control. If i see food i have to eat it all. We never have leftovers. I hate when my mom goes shopping for food because i feel like its just more food i hace to eat..help me? what do i do?

Recommend you read the book "Unteathered Soul" by Michael Singer...check out excerpt on Amazon.com to see if it rings any bells.

There is a binge eating disorder group on this site. Here is the link:

Also, I spent a good deal of my life binge eating. I stopped almost two years ago and have lost about 180 pounds. I believe that the primary reason I ate like that was sugar! I got off all sugar, and processed foods, and after about a month of "drying out", I lost the cravings to eat constantly! I have recently had a relapse, which I suspect has been caused by increasing the fruit and bread in my diet. (I don't eat junk food any more). So I am going to cut way back on fruit, and eliminate bread again.

Try planning your meals and sknacks in advance. Calculate your TDEE and substract an amount of calories based on how much weight you want to lose (you can do that on scoobysworkshop.com).
It's probably not what you want to hear, but the only one who can change your habits is you. You have to decide you don't want to live like that anymore and then do the steps needed to change.
Wishing you the best of luck.

Continue with the eating... but just make sure that whatever you put in your mouth is healthy :-)

Also, raw foods, fruits etc provide you with a fuller feeling and are yet low on calories
  • I dont know exactly what it is like to feel food. I just eat and eat and eat and nothing happens until im overly stuffed thats when i feel it

I think it sounds like you might be suffering from binge eating disorder... as posted above, check out the support group but I'd also make an appointment to see your doctor.

YOU UNDOUBTEDLY have a food addiction....PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MICHAEL SINGER...that guy is a FLAKE...
I also recommend you see your doctor and possibly someone who specializes in eating disorders....Is there an Overeaters Anonymous Group.
