new and friendless lol!

hi my name's claire and just joined today! have been too relaxed with fitness and eating over the summer and so trying to get in shape during the last month! I have a formal to go to in october and hopefully will be able to slim and tone up before then! need some motivation and some friends!

    Hello Claire & welcome!! You can do it. . .just keep a positive attitude and log all your food & exercise so you know where you stand. Feel free to add me as a friend if you like. . I can use all the motivation & support that I can get too! :smile:
