Help
I need some help with some healthy recipes that i can make for my boyfriend and I. However he recently found out he is allergic to beef, wheat, bakers yeast, brewers yeast, milk, and potatoes. He was also advised to stay away from mushrooms (its a fungus) and corn since it may be stored in the same silos as wheat has been stored in. Any good recipes out there without any of this. I am sick of eating grilled pork or chicken with a salad everyday. Or cheating and getting subway for myself. it would be much easier if i can make a meal we both can eat.

what about turkey burgers without buns, meatloaf with turkey or veal?
what abou a stirfry with chicken, rice and veggies
turkey hot dogs, no buns
is corn on the cob off limits too? its in season here (not sure where you are located) and obviously not stored in silos with wheat.
