I'm 5'3 and about 125 lbs and I wear a size 3. When I use to weigh around 110lbs I wore a size 1.0

Shorter than your stats, around 4'11.
A lot of the fat came from my hips, so I wear around a junior's size 14 - the perk is that young teens tend to be around my height with smaller hips, they fit well and I don't have to hem the darn things to wear !
If I try a woman's size it's about a 2 or a slim 4, but many of these pants are weirdly sized and baggy in unexpected places - I've tried size zero, and most are really tight on the thigh with low rise waists. The adult sizes usually require hemming and vanity sizing makes it hard to find a consistent fit.
Waist is about 26" and hips are 31.5" but I'm an apple shape so your final size may be different.0 -
I'm 5'1", the last time I weighed myself (two weeks ago, before I began dieting and working out), I was 135, which was my greatest weight. Usually I'm between 115 and 120lbs. and that's my goal weight to go back to. I wear a size 5 jeans.0

Oh wow! I'm a 14 and 5'2, 210 lbs!
I'm 5'0", weight around 185, and need to buy some new size 14 as my 16's are so loose I can take them off without unfastening! I've also just realized that we're comparing sizes from different countries, so a 16 here is not a 16 everywhere. Actually I live in Vietnam, and I wear a 6X here, but it's a 16 in Canada.0 -

I was hoping to find someone close to my size to talk to...I'm 5" and weigh 160 (well now my scale has changed, but it's probably water weight that I'm losing). Wondering what works for little people so what to share ideas and what not with others. Oh, and I forgot, I wear size 10-12 pants....I use to wear 6-7 when I weighed 130lb.0

weight 130lb usually (currently recovering from illness so a bit lighter than that right now but the above trousers size is for when I was 130lb, my size didn't change anyway I just lost a lot of glycogen/water weight which I'm trying to get back ASAP

A lot of this depends more on lean body mass than simply height and weight. At this same weight before, I wore a 6. Now I wear a 4. I'm lifting this time. I'm 5'3", 114-116. At 129, I could by no means wear any size 2 like some of these girls are saying. Especially since I've had three kids and am 40. I'd have to be very buff to do that. I would imagine that in another month of lean eating and lifting, I may be in 2s. I have one pair that sort of fit now.0
