Day to day deficeit tracking

I'm a fairly serious road biker and sometimes cannot eat enough to replenish my calories burnt in a day (when riding I usually can replenish max of 300kcal/hr while burning 800kcal/hr) and so I have days where I'm 2000-4000kcal under for the day, should I aim to refill those losses over the next day or two, or will my body just convert the extra food to fat?

I think you can transfer those calories to another day in the week. I've heard people on here saying they don't use their calories in the day, but instead add them up and at the end of the week they treat themselves with a pizza or something. Your body doesn't work in a 24 hr clock like MFP does. That's just what I've heard though so don't hold it against me:P Good luck with your journey!0
