Okay so I recently hurt my ankle :(
Any advice on how to stay active without any jumping, running, or walking?

Non-standing upper body lifts. Bench Press, Seated Shoulder Press, Lying Tricep Extension, Lat Pulldown, etc.

Biking? Swimming would be great if you have access to a pool.

if u have access to a pool- that would likely be the best bet. lap swimming is one of the best workouts, with zero impact to your joints.

if u have access to a gym-

im not sure how bad you hurt your ankle-- things like the elliptical have minimal impact, but u are still putting a lot of weight on your foot...so that will be for you to decide what u can safely do without hurting yourself.

rowing machines are great cardio if your gym has them. recumbent bike on a high resistance. or the bike machine where u only use your upper body (think pedaling with your hands. a lot of gyms have them). resistance is key!

there are plenty of strength training exercises u can do with free weights of machines.

ok, im fresh out of ideas. hope i helped in some way!
