Time to get back on track!

Hey y'all! I'm Christine, been on here about a week now, and so far so good. I'm done 2.5lbs, and, with the exception of this holiday weekend, I've been eating healthier. I'm on here to get my butt back in shape; my body has been through a lot in the last 5yrs due thyroid problems and pregnancy. I'm up for some tough criticism, and hoping to find some people that will keep me on track and give me pointers.

    I also need to get on track! It is SO hard to stay motivated. I stress eat and also when I'm bored.
  • Hi nice to meet you, I ready to get my butt back in shape also. I have 4 children, all of which I have been at home, homeschooling, and have gone up and down with fitness and eating and so forth, and have been doing alright recently, but just want a support system, so I am here, let's do this!!
