I've lost more inches in my thighs and arms than my stomach, but the only place I can see a difference in these photos is my stomach. I started at 220 lbs april 2nd, and I weighed in this morning at 198 but not officially logging my weight until weigh in day on wednesday.
I still have a long way to go but I'm proud of my progress so far. Just looking at the first picture I can't believe I let myself get so disgusting! The last photo was taken May 10th at 205 lbs.

Congrats!! I can definitely see the difference in your stomach and a slight difference in your arms-remember that could be muscular tissue and not just fat there0

Can definitely see the difference! Great work! You should feel proud.0

Nice work! Your tummy has shrunk dramatically! I also see a difference in your face (to the extent I can see it).0

Wonderful results! You're looking great. Best NSV for me was my tummy rolls turning into just one roll. lol0

Thanks so much everyone! As embarrassing as it was to post these pics, it feels really nice to have people notice as NO ONE has said anything IRL.0

It took about 40 pounds loss for people to notice any loss for me ...
You are looking great!0 -
Not sure why no one has said anything to you yet. It could just be :drinker: that they see you often enough that the change is more subtle for them. But there definitely is a big difference in the photos. You are doing great. Keep up the good work! :flowerforyou:0

It's of course the picture, but also the way you stand and the shape of your body - you look taller on the last picture!
Congratulations with the great progress!0 -
You look fantastic! Great job.0

that's is fantastic progress and only since April!!! What are you doing may I ask? Calorie intake, exercise?? (I started at 224 in January and have only lost 16 pounds since then!)0

Honestly, I don't really have any good advice as to what I've been doing calorie intake wise. Im supposed to be at 1500 cals a day, plus what I get from exercising.... but I have a lot of days where I completely "forget" to eat and I only make 700 to 1200 a day.
I did quit drinking coffee 2 months ago and switched to green tea, black, Im sure that had a lot to do with it!
At first I was 100% focused and worked out a lot! Now I'm kind of slacking. But I still find time to exercise 30 mins to an hour everyday no matter how late it gets. If its 9 pm at night and I'm lazy and I realize I've had a lazy day I'll put the baby in the stroller and go for a long walk.0 -
Thighs, tummy, butt, boobs - GREAT JOB!!0

Looking good!!! I need to start a photo log. The visual transformation is very inspiring and much more motivating than the scale.0
