Memorial Day Murph

So today at most crossfit boxes the workout is Murph which is a workout to honor fallen Navy Seal Michael P. Murphy who died in Afghanistan in 2005 during operation Red Wings he died leaving his cover so he could get to a place to call for an extraction team. So today the workout for Murph is run a mile then 300 squats 200 push ups and 100 sit ups then another mile run. That used to be Michael's favorite workout used to be called body armor because they did it with armor on now it some do it with a 20 lb vest. I'm hoping to get this done in less than 45 minutes.
