I'm wondering how to log it. I do it on a consistent basis but don't have a HRM. Nor can I actually get one. I'm a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco and just trying to keep an accurate log of what I do and eat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bumping, maybe someone has a good answer to this...
I was a PCV in Tanzania. Logging food and exercise was pretty much just guessing for me. You might not be able to keep things accurate, but at least you're doing something! It's pretty easy to just throw in the towel in that kind of situation.0 -
