Jillian Michaels 30 day shred

Wondering if anyone knows how many calories you burn with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, levels 1 - 3. I want to be able to log them into my exercise routines so I can see how much I'm burning. Thanks!

It all depends on your stats.
I was surprised at how little I burned last week when I did level 1 & had my heart rate monitor on. Yet some people burn huge amounts because they are probably bigger than me & don't have the same fitness level as me. Don't go by what MFP will give you, that is always WAY over (usually)0 -

I have no idea how many calories it will burn for you (or even myself for that matter, since I don't own a HRM).
I just know that her workouts got me AMAZING results.
I am curious though as to why 30 Day Shred is so popular here, and her other workouts are not talked about as much. Don't get me wrong, 30 Day Shred is great, but she has other amazing ones like No More Trouble Zones, Six Week Six Pack, Ripped in 30, Extreme Shed and Shred, and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, just to name a few.
Why aren't they talked about here as much as 30 DS? I own all of her workouts and rotate them out. The only one I don't care for is Yoga Meltdown, as it doesn't give enough of a burn...0 -
Just did my first level 1 workout and quite surprised how well I did. Bet I'm gonna feel it in the morning. Now Sitting on the sofa watching my wife doing her level 2 workout and feeling glad I have 9 more days before I have to do that!0

When I did these workouts I averaged between 200 and 240 cals, sometimes I got up to 260 according to my HRM, but to be on the safe side I always entered it in as 200 cals. However, your body may be very different from mine. I'm 29, 5ft 3in, 150lb. Hope this helps!0

I am 5'5", about 155 and I burn anywhere between 250-310 depending on how hard I push myself. I'm on level 2.0
