    AVOCADOS!!!!!!!! I'm eating 1/2 to one whole avocado every day and can't get enough! I use it in place of mayonnaise in chicken salad, I eat it plain, make guacamole, make avocado wrap ups, make salad dressings with it..... definitely on a major avocado kick! I only like the small california avocados.. I hate the big watery florida avocados.. they're not rich and fatty enough for me.
