YUMMY Puffed Tilapia. My favorite Tilapia recipe by far....E

2/3 cup of Shreeded Parmesan Cheese
1/3 Cup Mayonaise ( I use Olive oil Mayo)
2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1lb. Tilapis Fillets
1/4 tsp. Paprika

1. Ok so preheat the oven to 375. Mix the Parmesan Mayo, Green Onion and Hot Sauce in a bowl and set aside.

2. Pat fish Dry with paper towels. Coat a shallow baking dish with non stick cooking spray (my favorite is Olive oil cooking spray) Place fillets in baking dish. Spread the parmesan mixture evenly over the filets and sprinkle with Paprika.

3. Bake 15 to 20 min or until fish flakes easily with a fork and topping is puffed and light golden. Serves 4.

Per Serving: 250 calories, 22g of fat, 20g saturated fat, 85mg cholesterol, 330 sodium, 3g carbs, 27 grams of protein 0g Omega-3.

    I made this fish tonight and it was over the top delicious!! : ) I didn't use onions or hot sauce on mine, but did use it on my sons, he liked it! I also didn't have shredded Parmesan so used the fine grated Parmesan and it worked great........ I cooked it on the grill and the smell was awesome! I will be adding this to my list of fav's : ) .......Thanks!

    i made this tonight for my family. they do not like baked fish & begged for fried fish. they tasted this and are in LOVED with it. this reminds me of a dish from Red Lobster, and now i can have it at home. Thanks!

    made this for dinner a few nights ago and it was awesome! served it with roasted veggies. had the leftover filet wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla warmed up for lunch the next day!
