Hi All,

Don't know what to say really, cept I am going 100% hard in my first week. I find this calorie counter to be a huge benefit in that it makes me think about everything I'm eating. I have stayed under my calories (barely) from excercising. I've two 4 year old twins and made a evening walk part of my night. Actually makes a huge difference on the cals.

Then 5 am work outs 3 times a week, increasing as we go in time/distance.

I lost track of myself. Have put work and life infront of my health. I realized a few weeks ago that I had to do something, as I guess we all do, and honestly, I've been thinking about doing the right thing for years. So here we go!

  • I understand the 'lost track of myself' comment! Sometimes we are so busy with life we forget about ourselves! Good luck! :)
