I HATE THEM!

Agree upon something and do it, not change and/or cancel at the last minute!

That is all.

My compassion and mindfulness go out the window.

It must be the little German in me. Tick, tock, tick, tock: It's three o'clock.

Well, when you figure it out, let me know. I have a bit more of a hatred for people that can never show up on time....when I'm waiting on you to go somewhere, get your damn @ss here when we discussed, not 30-45 minutes later, like you run the show!

I'm the same way! I have made plans with people and they just never show up and text me like hours later with some lame excuse. I can understand if the plans were kind of sudden and you forgot, but using the excuse "I was at work" when I KNOW your working hours is not that great of an excuse. I would rather the person just text me saying "Hey, I'm doing _____" or "Hey, I don't want to hang out with you today" or "Hey, I had a change of plans" etc and that they can't make it than making up stupid excuses.

I feel like I annoy people sometimes because they'll tell me to be somewhere at 4:00 and I will end up there in the 3:30-3:50 time range.

Agreed. Or better yet if you don't KNOW you can follow through then don't make the plans in the first place.

I'm perfectly ok with that! I'm always 15 minutes or more early myself.

Ya, I'm starting to get to that point.

Thing is they are a relatively new friend. A buddy of mine is like that too, but I can tolerate it since he has been this way for 20 years.

ya with friends who I knew for a while it's okay, but if you are new, I'm too old to entertain shenanigans.

Of course being a pretty kitty gives you exempt status until it is determined if you are worth it or not.

OMG this, so many times, this. Perfect example was a friend of mine and I wanted to see an IMAX 3D movie this weekend. I told her what time to be there so that we could get decent seats. She took it upon herself to check out the show times and arrived 10 mins before the show was supposed to start. I wound up buying the tickets because it would have been sold out otherwise but we couldn't sit together and I found that IMAX should not be viewed from the FRONT row. :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :explode:

When I was growing up, my Dad would set a certain time for us kids to be ready when we went to the movies. If you were late, you got left behind. I missed a movie only once.
