Need some help in getting my protein requirement

Options
I'm having difficulty in getting enough protein in my diet. I know that eating salmon, turkey, beans, etcetera is good, but I need some direction because I can only eat so much fish? Can anyone offer some suggestions/guidance?

TIA!

You don't have to eat fish.

The omega-3 fat is good, but once or twice a week is fine.

Eggs, dairy, any animal product - all have protein. Nuts, beans...you'll be fine.

Supplement with one protein shake per day, preferably post -workout. I recommend On gold standard whey protein isolate, the double rich chocolate flavor is delicious and delivers 24 grams per scoop at only 120calories, 1 gram fat and 3 carbs. I use two scoops with water, you could use milk if you like but I find it delicious even in just plain water.

I do whey protein shakes (56 g/2 scoops/280 calories) pretty much 5 days out of 7. Beans about the same. Chicken, turkey or fish every day. MFP has me at 219 grams/day, but more often than not, I fall short by 40% or more. I apologize for not being clearer, but I guess that I was looking for someone to point out some food/product that I may be missing. BTW: my diary's open.

    Thanks again, folks!

seafood(mussels, shrimp, squid), nuts, lentils, beans, eggs, tofu, chicken, steak, vegetables(yes, quite a few veggies have protein as well, you'd be surprised), Greek yoghurt(Total has about 15-18g a serving), cottage cheese, cheese, seeds.
