Because I've been robbed!!! How do I get some boobie back (and lift them too) without the assistance of a surgeon? TIA

    You may not be able to get them back, but heavy benching has hoped my girls work against time, gravity and the after effects of breastfeeding!

    This is the one thing I'm looking forward to the most about losing weight! Can't wait till the girls go on vacation! I've lost 10 lbs and can already fit back into my old sports bra (size xl) send your gremlin over here! I'll give him a transplant!

    *Sigh* I wish I knew. This former C is now a B. If I'm lucky, I can avoid AA territory. On a bright note, at least we don't have to worry about finding adequate support for those high-impact workouts. Or something?

    Sadly they have been to see me too! I went from a 40 D to a 34 C . and that is getting loose. I think weight training has helped them keep somewhat of a shape and from totally depleting . I dont mind the new size i just wish they actually sat where they are supposed too lol.

    Total a gremlin and he's kind of a jerk. My bust is now at a record low of 29.5". It's just sad really.

    That Gremlin really did a number on me - D to an A, AA in some brands. But I still have a butt thank goodness.

    The gremlins didn't steal mine, they just deflated them a bit.

    Exercise - specifically, stuff that targets the pectorals - helps fight gravity a bit, but don't neglect working the rest of your muscles, too - perky boobs and a saggy butt are not a good combo.
