    you are going to love it!

    don't get discourage if you don't lose weight at first - your body will kick it in gear. Go by progress pics and measurements!

    Thanks Cina, I was looking at your before and after photos, WOW! That is amazing!! I just hope I can stick with it and not give up..ya know, I am going to stick with it and not give up!! I will be sure to take photos tonight before starting!!
