Powerflow Yoga vs Ignite Yoga (Livingston, NJ)

I am going to be in NJ for a few weeks to visit my grandmother, and I don't want to stop doing yoga. There are two groupon deals that would be perfect for a short trip, same price, same distance from my grandmother's house, but no real feedback. If you have ever gone to Powerflow Yoga or Ignite Yoga tell me about your experience!

If neither is yoga you care to do, then why not work on training yourself from the yoga you've already learned?

I like doing classes, and I like the heat in the room. I am just looking for feedback since Yelp doesn't have too many comments on either.0
